Returns Policy : Wax melts :  We ensure all of our wax melts leave us in perfect condition and we take every care to ensure they are well packaged to prevent damage. However, once the parcel has left us we cannot take any responsibility for any breakages that may occur during transit.

Breakages do not affect the integrity of the scent of the wax melt, therefore we will not be able to offer a refund or resend said products

Soy wax is a natural product and frosting can occur, this does not affect the candle or its performance in any way.
